Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

• Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

• Work closely with the Blue Division to secure sales in CCTV Systems, Access Control, AV & RMS Solutions, and IT & IoT services.

• Cross-sell services from our Red Division, including Construction and Interior Design, when opportunities arise.

Requirements:

• Proven Outbound sales experience of 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in the technical services or IT sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and drive initiatives.

• UAE driving license.

• Outbound Sales Field Work/Travel: 100%

• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office.
