Description

We are looking for experienced Valet Operations Manager who have experience in operating valet parking operations in Dubai.

• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
• Attend and lead weekly valet meeting with the team.
• Prepare in advance all shift rosters to meet the needs of the business and making amendments if necessary.
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning and auditing.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
• Support worker communication with the management team.
• Report problem found in parking operations and any unsafe equipment or unusual situations requiring action.
• Handle vehicle damage or theft complaint reports in conjunction with the Area Manager and in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
• Ensure damage / Accidents report are done daily and that information is updated.
• Responsibility for leading scheduling, and training new employee’s resident interaction.
• Leading the day-to-day management of the Valet Parking Drivers including scheduling and providing replacement when someone calls in sick.
• Support in the monitoring of all aspects of the performance of the car parks through the MIS provided, including overtime, absence, staff hours and other controllable costs.
• Analyze customer feedback and suggest service improvements on a continual basis.
• Managing daily operations ensuring driver’s daily schedules are planned and optimized for efficiencies.
