About the job
- Support the Head of Customer Service with the daily tasks
- Prepare delivery documents (local and export)
- Follow up and update the system for orders dispatch, arrival & receiving and coordinate with the customers & sales team
- Prepare offers and proforma invoices, LPOs, and letters
- Prepare bank documents (L/Cs and collections)
- Follow-up on pending payments, overdue payments, etc…
- Prepare reminder letters for customers
- Prepare and update weekly reports and send them to top management
- Prepare weekly demand table (weekly production table)
- Coordinate the stickers
- Book containers with shipping lines for export orders
- Freight and local transportation cost reduction
- Follow up on Export & Local shipments' arrival, documentation & Clearance
- Update Lean daily for outgoing and incoming orders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in customer service and logistics, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong command of both English and Arabic Languages
- Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc..)
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Understanding of LC documentation processes
