Description

We are hiring an Office Girl (Filipino) for Pure Home Real Estate LLC, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Office Girl shall provide an adequate supply of beverages to all Client employees and Client Contractor’s personnel and visitors located in Client office throughout the working hours.
Office Girl shall provide adequate supplies and services for all staff and visitors during meetings for all offices and locations at the Client’s office.
Responsible for maintaining the kitchen items and equipment and submit a quarterly report on the status.
Control the quantities of cups and other materials and maintenance of adequate stock all the time.
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Interoffice information and the messenger job.
Arranging meeting room and personal office.
Maintain the cleanliness of the pantry.
Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor/manager
Required Experience & Qualifications:
High school diploma
Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Know how to speak and understand English.
