Description

• Professional personal display.

• Office boy will be responsible for preparation and serving of tea, coffee (Arabic Coffee, Qahwa, and Turkish coffee), cold drinks and other refreshments as per the requirements.

• The office boys shall attend any queries or requests from the visitors (Specially VIP Local and have the knowledge to serve them and made their coffee, specially “Qahwa, dates, Turkish coffee, Arabic sweet’’ and employees.

• The office boys shall prepare and serve the beverages very hygienically.

• The office boy shall maintain the kitchen kept clean all the time.

• The office boys shall maintain the stock of necessary refreshment material and properly store under his custody, and always prepare list for supermarket and handed to our office manager to buy it.

• The office boys shall provide the information, greeting persons entering the organization and directing individuals to correct destination.

• The office boys shall assist the administrative staff for any office duties.

• The office boys shall distributing couriers or parcels among employees.

Duty timings:

• Timing from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. More than 9 hours will be Overtime.

• 2 – 3 years’ experience as Office Boy, Waiter, Barista, Food Server.

• Good English communication.

• Can speak Basic Arabic Language.
