• Expertise in managing entire administrative activities relating to Chairman/CEO’s office – travel arrangements, correspondence, filing, issue of office orders, organizing meetings & appointment, preparing & proof reading reports etc.

• Exceptional customer service skills delivered with a sense of urgency, accountability, empathy and respect for confidentiality. Proven capabilities in building and nurturing relations with clients to ensure their retention and continued patronage.

• Natural flair for building relations, customer service and proven abilities in achieving optimum levels of customer satisfaction.

• Expertise in providing quality customer services and resolving customer queries and complaints, targeting customer care, satisfaction and retention.

• Ability to handle multiple functions and activities in a high-pressure environment due to the inherent ability to identify and prioritize tasks at hand.

• Handling basic accounts for the organization
