Pangea Properties is actively hiring qualified administrative experts to expand our teams in Dubai. The position is open to all who fit the requirements below with immediate offers for those shortlisted after the first interview.

Duties & Responsibilities of an Office Administrator + Personal Aassistant

• Supports the office on daily operations

• Website updates

• Maintaining transportation means and costs

• Updating the “To Do List (TDL)”

• Issuing letters and forms as needed

• Assisting the director

• Assisting and covering colleagues whenever needed

• Setting up new joiners (business cards, log-in credentials and more)

HR Coordination

• Preparing offer letters and contracts for new joiners

• Listing job postings and researching

• Liaising with HR

• Assisting the P.R.O with visa applications and licenses

• Supporting the director in shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews

• Providing HR forms requested by staff

• Handover of company assets to staff

• Documenting handed-over items to staff and checkup

• Applying for newcomers’ insurance

• Providing support to HR as necessary

Basic Accounts Coordination

• Maintaining accounts (receivables & payables)

• Invoice reconciliation

• Maintaining director’s differed accounts and loans

• Handling petty cash

• Maintaining company assets

• Coordination for office and AML applications

• Depositing cash & cheques

• Assisting accountants with VAT submissions

• Attending meetings whenever needed

Job Specification

Pangea Properties LLC is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Office Administrator in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field; office administration experience; qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require multi-tasking and time-management skills, proficiency with microsoft office, communication skills, teamwork and collaboration skills, work ethic mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
