Description

The position required Voice engineer skills, as the central coordination point for the monitoring and reporting beside of infrastructure operations. The NOC provides enterprise-wide operational monitoring and reporting on infrastructure and performance metrics related to network, servers, storage, capacity, outages, security:

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor, reporting and operations, of 24x7 NOC operations.

• SBC / TMG configuration and maintenance

• Billing system connectivity

• Capacity reporting for local and international

• Quality call monitoring

• Testing follow-up

• Follow-up CDR file and monitor

• Routing monitor, reporting and operations

• Route set management

• ACL monitor, reporting and operations

• Time & Tasks management skills

• Responsible Call trace, call log and call debugging

• Provide reporting for calls based on work requirements

• Identifying and helping pursue and onboard new customers for the NOC.

• Ensuring adequate coverage for the 24x7 NOC so that data center and network operations are properly monitored and that service issues are reported and resolved in accordance with customer requirements.

• Identifying new customers into the NOC.

• Timely and accurate operational performance reporting to customers and management.

• Cooperate with other departments to complete tasks

• Monitoring and reviewing event indications, warnings, and system logs and notifying the applicable service subscriber in accordance with service level agreements.

• Attend events and training to enhance the performance

Main Qualification

• Certificate in Networking

• Experience in Help desk ticketing system, like Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, etc.

The ideal candidate should have certificate in netwroking, qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require voice engineer, coordination, monitoring, reporting, infrastructure, operations, performance, metrics, storage, capacity, monitor, noc operations, configuration, maintenance, billing, system, connectivity, call monitoring, routing, debugging, data center, network operations, networking mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.
