Description

Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of metal fabricators, welders, and other skilled workers, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and working efficiently.

Project Oversight: Supervise metal fabrication and welding projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Quality Control: Inspect finished metal products and structures for quality, ensuring they meet both client and industry standards.

Material Management: Oversee the sourcing, handling, and inventory of materials such as metals, welding rods, and other supplies. Ensure efficient use of materials and minimize waste.

Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with hazardous tools, welding equipment, and heavy materials.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other supervisors to ensure all metalwork aligns with project timelines and specifications.

Troubleshooting: Resolve issues or challenges on-site related to metal fabrication, welding, or other technical concerns.

Documentation: Maintain records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked for reporting and compliance purposes.

Training: Provide training and guidance to team members on new techniques, tools, and safety procedures.

The position require team supervision, lead, team, metal, fabrication, welding, specifications, quality, control, client, industry, management, sourcing, handling, inventory, materials, compliance, safety, protocols, tools, equipment, heavy, project mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
