Description

1. AC Systems Maintenance:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for a variety of AC systems, including Chillers, Split AC, and Package units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot AC system issues, and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and analyse AC system parameters to identify potential problems and implement corrective measures.
2. Pump Operations and Maintenance:
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of pumps used in HVAC systems.
• Perform regular checks on pump efficiency, diagnose pump-related issues, and carry out repairs as needed.
3. Electrical Works:
• Handle electrical maintenance tasks, including maintaining DBs (Distribution Boards) and LV Panels.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and conduct repairs to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical systems.
4. Lighting Systems:
• Manage the maintenance and repair of lighting systems within the facility.
• Replace faulty lights, ballasts, and other lighting components as necessary

Al Benaa Real Estate Investment PJSC (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of MEP Multi Technician in the field of Engineering in one of their office located in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have diploma - hvac qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require maintenance, preventive maintenance, chillers, system, performance, monitor, corrective, operations, pumps, hvac, electrical works, electrical maintenance, distribution, panels, reliability, safety, lighting, repair, components mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
