Description

- Act as the System Administrator.

- Assist Technical Department as and when required related to improvement of CMMS.
- Review and implement all MOC related to CMMS.
- Responsible for database construction, implementation, training, monitoring and troubleshooting on matters concerning CMMS.
- Collaborate with the IT Consultant in troubleshooting.
- Coordinate and supervise the Data Creating Team on database construction and perform data updating for CMMS.
- Coordinate with HSE Department to identify HSECES for function location and equipment as per ADNOC guidelines
- Attempt end user question, investigate and monitor existing issues and concerns raised by the vessels
- Provide training material on board the vessels and the office and develop training references.
- To ensure all officers onboard as well as office technical group are well trained in the use of CMMS.
- Provide Training of officers whenever possible specially for officer who don’t have any CMMS training.
- Coordinate with IT consultant in creating a standard computer Based Training Guide so that officers can learn easily the step by step procedure of CMMS.
- To be responsible for implementing a stable standard for Ship/Office CMMS.
- To ensure all CMMS is fully functional and updated.
- To conduct regular workshop of CMMS for ship's staff when required.
- To provide Monthly updates on CMMS highlighting problems faced and action planned. At the same time instructing all users on any practical changes, after coordinating same with the Fleet Manager.
- Monitors overdue work orders of all vessels on a quarterly basis and inform Superintendent in-charge of the vessel.
- Responsible for creating and circulating CMMS advisories to All fleet.
- Coordinate with IT consultant for Updating/Cleaning of the system if necessary on database.

The ideal candidate should have diploma of marine engineering or equivalent. qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require system administrator, technical, cmms, review, database, construction, implementation, training, monitoring, troubleshooting, it consultant, data, team, equipment, end user, monitor, vessels, office, group, officer, functional, inform, superintendent, system mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
