Leasing Manager

Job Location – Dubai
Salary - AED 8000 – 15,000 + Commission + Other Benefits
Industry – Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
• Organise, direct and manage the sales and leasing activities of Commercial and individual residential units to achieve agreed revenue targets within budgeted costs.
• Maintained and develop strong business relationships with key sector contacts to generate leads, develop leasing pipeline and increase transactions.
• Ensure properties meet local laws, legal, health and safety requirements.
• Make all efforts to keep up to date with the market trends, upcoming property developments and average prices of various freehold areas and maintain appropriate records of the same.
• Represent the sales and leasing function’s views and needs in the on-going development of overall company policy and contribute in the preparation of the annual departmental budget and marketing plan.
• Ensure that all members of the sales and leasing force are properly trained and motivated to achieve the company’s revenue targets.
• In charge of Tenancy Management, including dispute resolution, addressing complaints escalated renewals, new enquiries, and regular inspections.
• Ensure properties meet local laws, legal, health and safety requirements.
• Review the collections situation to ensure collections are made as per plan and take corrective measures in case of delays.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive reporting system for all sales and leasing achieved and to ensure that frequent and accurate reports are shared with the Management.
Education & Job Requirements
• Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
• Minimum of 10 years of property management, commercial and retail leasing experience in UAE
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fully understanding of property management and its financial aspects.
• In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.
• Relationship building skills.
• Leadership skills
