Job Description

Assess customer needs and provide suggestions;

Ensure health and safety guidelines are met;

Maintain inventory levels of ingredients used;

Prepare ingredients used to create beverages for customers;

Conduct daily cleaning duties as assigned;

Count and report inventory levels of ingredients used;

Prepare ingredients used to create food and beverages for customers;

Manually prepare juices and small meals for customers on demand.

Greet and serve guests at the counter.

Operate Juice and Coffee equipment.

Responsible for maintaining high standards of food and beverage services to customers.

Requirements

Great time management skills with the ability to work under little supervision;

Ability to communicate effectively;

Exceptional customer service skills;

Knowledge of kitchen equipment used;

Knowledge of kitchen equipment used is a plus.

The right candidate must be a graduate in Hotel & Restaurant Management.

A minimum of 6 years experience as a Juice Maker preferably in the UAE.

Knowledge of mixing fresh fruit juices is a must.

Must be a team player and can work under pressure.
