• Managing ServiceNow SDLC and integrations points throughout Web development and Web services technologies
Change Manager
• Infra and App Change Manager
• Control the environment throw enforcing the change management process
• Managing the lifecycle of all Changes and reporting
• Chairing the CAB Control Meetings to review forward scheduled changes.
• Enable beneficial Changes to be made, with minimum disruption to IT services, by managing the downtimes and maintenance windows
• IT Service Management/Change Management expert
• ITIL V3 Certified
• Introducing visibility by analyzing and reporting the tickets as an input to Ops team
• Planning and controlling the movement of Releases from test to live environments following the release management best practices
• Streamline the understanding of the processes and the value out of following it throughout awareness sessions conduction to IT Teams
• Maintains information about Known Errors and Workarounds
Incident, Problem Manager and Service Request Manager
• Critical Incident Manager
• Implementation of Incident Management process and carries out the corresponding analysis.
• SPOC for Incidents, Problems and Service Request management
• Managing the lifecycle of all Problems, Incident, Service Request.
• Root Cause analysis for Critical/Major incidents. And drive repeated occurrence incidents throughout problem management lifecycle.
• Identify Process Improvements and enhancement areas to reduce Incidents from happening, and to minimize the impact of Incidents that cannot be prevented.
• Maintains information about Known Errors and Workarounds capture within problem management.
• Introducing visibility by analyzing and reporting the tickets as an input to Ops team.
• Conducted multiple processes awareness sessions for IT teams.
• ITIL V4 Certified
