Description

Responsibilities:

• Regularly evaluate our equipment to ensure they meet the necessary demands.

• Support the day-to-day operations of events.

• AV setup/ Technical support.

• Assist in the setting up and tearing down of events, with special focus on timeliness and care of the materials involved.

• Collection and delivery of documents.

• Arrange equipment in warehouse

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience of work, preferably in IT/events field.

• Experience performing basic accounting functions is an asset

• Good communication skills

• Good spoken and written English

• Good computer skills and efficient use of online interaction tools

• A keen eye for details is a must!
