About Freshkraft Technologies: Freshkraft is a dynamic digital solutions company in Dubai offering marketing automation, chatbots, voice bots, and website creation services. We are expanding our team and seeking female candidates with an IT background and marketing skills who are eager to learn, grow, and interact directly with clients.

Position Overview:

This is a unique opportunity for motivated candidates to gain hands-on experience in digital automation and client engagement. The role involves both indoor office work (developing and managing digital tools) and outdoor activities (meeting clients, presenting solutions, and gathering requirements).

Key Responsibilities

* Participate in training sessions on automation, chatbot systems, and digital campaign tools.

* Assist in developing and managing websites and marketing automation workflows.

* Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and demonstrate digital solutions.

* Coordinate between the technical and marketing teams to deliver quality service.

* Support marketing initiatives and client follow-ups.

Requirements

* Female candidates only.

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.

* Strong communication and presentation skills.

* Interest in digital marketing, automation, and CRM tools.

* Must be comfortable with indoor and outdoor work, including client visits within Dubai.

* Candidates already in the UAE are preferred.
