"What you'll be responsible for:
Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this is a position for someone capable of scaling Circle's Business Development initiatives in the Americas. You will own the region's partner programs and will be responsible for securing and closing new partnership deals.
You will work with key stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product to develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy for the region.
What you'll work on:
Developing partnership strategies focused on building referral pipeline and revenue opportunities
Working cross-functionally to structure and close new and diverse deal types
Working with product to identify gaps that can be addressed through tech partnerships
Managing highly strategic enterprise accounts, including multi billion dollar blockchain protocols and Fortune 50 companies in the Americas

What you'll bring to Circle:
5+ years of high-growth technology enterprise sales or business development experience
Technical knowledge and interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency technology
Prior experience in fintech, payments, retail or the Web 3 ecosystem
Creative deal making ability
Ability to operate in a fast-pace environment, think on your feet and get up to speed on complex concepts quickly
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English
