Description

HR Recruiter (Medical)

• Locate healthcare professionals through various sources, including the internet, referrals, nursing schools, direct mail and job fairs

• Evaluate candidate resumes against position requirements

• Facilitate the hiring process, which includes interviewing and screening candidates

• Present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.

• Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.

• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

• On board new employees in order to become fully integrated.

• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Qualifications:

•BS/MS in Human Resources Management or equivalent.

•Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).

•Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.).

•Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.).

•Familiarity with DOH License processes is a plus.

The ideal candidate should have bs/ms in human resources management or equivalent qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require selection process, healthcare, internet, nursing, direct, mail, requirements, hiring, process, interviewing, screening, design, strategy, specifications, analysis, recruitment, materials, post, selection, schedule, soft skills, order, analytical, rest mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
