Description

We are looking for a capable HR MANAGER to perform the Human Resource activities. To maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees

• Manage employees & company Human Resource Activities

• Manage the absence recording system & manage the leaver administration process

• Manage the holiday recording system

• Administer the probationary review periods

• Process Payroll & Overtime Calculations. Also WPS transfer of Salary.

• Provide support in investigations for disciplinary and grievance procedures

• Development and maintenance of human resource policies and procedures

• PRO and Government officials to get employee VISA complete process in house.

• Understanding of labor laws and HR policies & keep updating management

• Problem-solving attitude & Able to take initiative

• Flexibility to deal with ever-changing tasks

• Good English & HINDI & URDU Communication skills

UAE EXPERIENCED candidates only

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

· 2+ years' experience in Human Resources

· Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

· Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees

· Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

· Attention to detail and good judgement
