Assistant! As an HR Assistant at Element MEA, you will play a crucial role in supporting
our consultants and clients, contributing to the success of our projects, and helping to
shape the future of HR.
Job responsibilities
Client Support: Provide exceptional support to our clients by responding to inquiries,
scheduling meetings, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry,
document management, and maintaining client records.
Research and Analysis: Research HR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks
to assist in developing client solutions.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with HR consultants to coordinate and manage
project deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, screening
resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Employee Onboarding: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new employees,
including paperwork and orientation.
HR Software and Systems: Utilize HR software and systems for data management
and reporting.
Compliance and Documentation: Create HR documents and processes adhering to
legal and regulatory requirements.
Event Planning: Assist in organizing HR-related events, seminars, and workshops.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles.
Understanding of UAE labour Laws is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team.
