Requirements

• Minimum of 1-7 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across print, digital, and branding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing for a range of formats including catalogs, brochures, posters, and social media graphics.
• Experience with website-related design and exhibition booth or display designs.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Proficiency in InDesign is Necessary.
• Strong understanding of print design, including prepress, color correction, and file preparation for different types of printings.
• Familiarity with web design principles.
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
• Understanding of branding and how to create cohesive designs across different platforms.

• Exceptional creativity with a strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to conceptualize innovative designs that align with the marketing strategy and brand identity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales departments.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to take creative direction and implement feedback effectively.
