Description

 Greeting guests with a smile as they arrived & asking if guests have a prior booking.

 Managing the registration process.
 Asking for identification and ensuring the provided credentials are accurate.
 Handling guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately.
 Operating the hotel switchboard, taking calls and providing information and transferring calls.
 Managing accurate accounting of all rooms, accurate bills and taking payments.
 Providing guests with room keys and call for bell boy’s assistance.
 Taking reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person.
 Answering queries regarding the hotel’s services, charges, dining facilities, sports facilities and travel directions.
 Referring guests to appropriate departments to resolve complaints or providing suggestions.
 Contacting housekeeping and maintenance departments when a problem is reported.
 Explaining appropriate usage of key cards and ensuring that guests are satisfied with the rooms allotted to them.
 Balancing cash at the end of the shift and generating accounting reports.
 To perform and to follow the standard operating procedure and any other task as directed by the superior for the smooth operation.

Job Specification

Mary Jordan (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Front Desk Agent (Arabic) in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Sharjah - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have diploma qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require registration, process, handling, guest, operating, hotel, calls, providing, accounting, payments, room, bell boy, assistance, telephone, facilities, sports, travel, complaints, housekeeping, maintenance, problem, usage, cards mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 2k to 2k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
