Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Officer to manage our front desk operations. As the first point of contact for our guests and clients, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience by providing excellent customer service and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information in person, via phone, or email
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Support other departments as needed with clerical duties
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- A friendly, professional attitude with a focus on customer service
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
