Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.

• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Collaborate with colleagues in marketing, customer service, and service development to support sales efforts.

• Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and track progress towards targets.

• Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities.

• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Applicants must have minimum 2 – 5 years’ experience in Similar role from the Freight Forwarding industry in Dubai.

• Fluent in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus.

• Should be available to join immediately or at least with 30 days of notice period.

• UAE driving license is a must for Sales Applicants.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence decision-makers.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and risks.

• Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
