Description

FJCare Technical Services LLC is looking for experienced Sales Manager / Sales Engineers to produce Service Sales such as HVAC Preventive & corrective Maintenance Contracts, replacement of HVAC equipment, retrofit jobs & upgrades, Compressor repair & rebuild. The right candidate must be holding a strong customer base comprising of FM Companies, Real Estate Companies, End users and other HVAC related industries.   

Job Description
To build, lead and guide the sales activities, securing new sales and grow new segments.
Manage sales cycle, performing lead qualification, arranging and providing quotations and closing deals.
Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue achievement.
Align with monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
Maintain constant invoicing through the year.
Develop sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities.
Documents and records sales information and creates periodic reports to management.
Recommend creative selling techniques based on market and product knowledge.
Build and maintain Customer satisfaction standards to build strong Customer loyalty.
Handle customer complaints.
Report to Sales Director

Skills Required
Minimum 5-7 years experience for Sales Managers position & 3-5 years experience for Sales Engineers position.
Experience should be in Service sales for HVAC, with a minimum 2 years relevant experience in the UAE.
Proven track record of target achievement.
Presentation skills, client relationships, negotiation skills, prospecting skills.
UAE Driving license is a must
