Description

An AutoCAD Draughtsman who will be fully responsible for Design and AutoCAD Drafting Shop Drawings, As-Built drawings for Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm systems related to various Projects, Infrastructure, Hotel, High Rise Towers, Proficient in executing design & development as per client specifications.

Design of all Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting systems (Sprinkler, Hydrant, Fire Extinguisher, pumps, Hose reel, water monitor) with all Standards & Norms. Rainwater harvesting (RWH) Layout Drawing.

Job Brief:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and drafting fire protection systems, including the preparation of technical drawings, BOQs, and compliance documentation. This role requires a sound understanding of fire safety regulations and CAD tools to support engineering teams in delivering high-quality, compliant designs.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop firefighting system layouts and designs in accordance with project requirements.

Produce accurate and detailed CAD drawings, schematics, and isometric diagrams.

Maintain project documentation, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical reports, and drawing registers.

Ensure that all designs comply with local UAE fire safety codes and international standards.

Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to support project execution.

Revise and update drawings as required throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in fire-fighting system design and drafting.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
