Description

Position Overview

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs on financial sustainability, including materials, presentations, and workshops.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to diverse audiences, both in-person and online.
• Continuously update and improve training content to reflect the latest best practices and industry standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and follow-up support.
• Provide one-on-one or group consultations to organizations seeking to improve their financial sustainability.
• Create and distribute resources such as guides, toolkits, and templates to support trainees in applying what they have learned.
