Job Responsibilities:

• • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, tea/coffee, and directing them appropriately.
  • Make sure the office is clean and tidy.
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Copy, scan, and store documents.
  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
  • Maintains daily visitors and call logbook.
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
