Join Our Team as a Factory Supervisor in Dubai!

Are you experienced in manufacturing operations and passionate about leading a team to success? We're seeking a skilled Factory Supervisor to join us in Dubai!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations in the factory, including production, quality control, and safety

Supervise and motivate factory workers to meet production targets and quality standards

Assign tasks and ensure that work is completed efficiently and accurately

Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development to team members

Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all workers comply with safety regulations

Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and quality metrics

Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations

Handle employee relations issues and performance management as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment required

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals

Understanding of production processes and quality control principles

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency in using computers and production software

UAE residency or a valid work permit required
