 Welcoming and acknowledging all guests with a smile, giving full service at all time for the guest satisfactions.

 Performing all necessary tasks of services for food & beverage.

 Assisting guests on their seats and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalized way.

 Consistently monitor the quality of food & beverage being served.

 Knowledgeable about good customer relations and attending to customer complaints & queries.

 Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards and upkeep of all service equipment.

 Ensuring minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage.

 Actively use up selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

 Suggest food and beverage to be well versed in the menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.

 Cleans and polishes glassware, China ware, hollowware and flatware.

 Maintaining cleanliness at working station and service pantry for smooth operations.

 Obtaining requested items from the store room.

 Setting up the tables in accordance with Hotel policies & standards.

 Transport soiled dishes for dining room to kitchen and depositing them in proper placing at the steward area.

 Maintaining excellent grooming standard at all times.

 To perform and to follow the standard operating procedure and any other task as directed by the superior for the smooth operation.
