Description

Position: Document Controller (Estimation & Tendering)

Location: Sharjah, UAE
Company: Al Marwan Group
Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complete document lifecycle for tender submissions
  • Maintain version control and document tracking systems
  • Prepare and compile tender packages with 100% accuracy
  • Develop Excel trackers for submissions, compliance, and vendor correspondence
  • Conduct quality checks and system audits
  • Ensure timely document distribution and archiving

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years document control experience (construction preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros, dashboards)
  • Experience with document management systems (Aconex/SharePoint)
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Fluent in English
