Al Yash Agency has an immediate opening for experienced Digital Marketing Designer to join our team.

As the Designer for Marketing, you'll be responsible for the visual production of marketing and content creative outputs. A successful candidate will approach all of these tactics with creativity, passion, and innovation that matches our brand aspirations, be comfortable working across time zones, delivering on tight deadlines, and able to handle a multitude of projects at one time. You are a self-starter and expert problem solver, who's driven to excellence.

This position creates, manages, and produces digital design solutions for a variety of uses such as websites, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, and photography.

• Developing, monitoring, writing and updating product content contained on Al Yash Agency website and social media platforms

• Developing subject matter expertise in assigned product categories and taking ownership of daily administration on assigned accounts

• Cultivating processes, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings

• Working with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across REV Brands and platforms

• Possessing a comprehensive understanding of account-specific SEO best practices, pricing policies, media assets, inventory and/or pre-orders

• Having the ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail

• Possessing a strong knowledge of the Ecommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends

• Using Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc.) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.

Skills and Experience required:-

A self-starter and do-er, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional, effective, beautiful, and quality design

Deep understanding and control in typography, design hierarchies, composition, design aesthetics and layout/grids

Basic animation

Expert use of Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote,

Experience producing whitepapers, decks, pitch materials, company presentations, and digital advertising

Minimum of 1-2 years designing for a technology brand

Clear communicator, who works effectively with others, delivering results with minimal guidance

Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
