Description

Customer Technical support is responsible for after sales technical support, prepare presales value proposition for the sales team, by keeping continuous contact with the customers Core duty is done to ensure the proper functioning of all vehicles tracking systems

Major Responsibilities:
Assisting the customers through Face to face or any other communication channel to clear any query.
Performing the training sessions to the existing or the new customers.
ensuring the units proper functionality on daily basis.
Arranging the schedules for the units Maintenance / Installations / De-installation / shifting.
Liaising between the customer and the technicians schedules for any planned or emergency activity.
Managing the units assignment / deactivation on the system, as well SIM card activation and deactivation.
Reporting to the customer the work done report immediately after any activity done using ticketing system.
Troubleshoot the software issues reported by the customers.
Escalate to the software developers any related issues that cannot be solved.
Configuring the units based on the installation requirements.
Troubleshoot the units in case any related issue.
Testing any new or existing hardware to meet a specific requirement.
Reporting to the accounts team the chargeable activities done by the technicians.
Regularly visiting the customers to build and maintain a strong relationship.
Reporting to the customers if any faulty unit is found.
Preparing a report based on the work requirements and the tasks assignment.

Skills Required:
Native Arabic speaking and UAE Driving License is a MUST

Excellent skills on below:
Communication and Interpersonal
MS Office suite
Coordination, scheduling, and organizing activities.
Quick learner, and ability to transfer knowledge
prioritize and work around deadlines.

The ideal candidate should have uae driver’s license, bachelor in electronics or information technologies qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require customer service, customer, technical support, sales, presales, team, core, tracking, major, communication, channel, query, training, basis, maintenance, liaising, emergency, system, activation, reporting, ticketing, software, installation mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 3k to 4k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
