Description

1. Prepare  daily food & beverage Report and distribute to the management.
2. Ensure all the invoices have been issues for the purchases and  goods received.
3. prepare ambassador sales report for each brand .
4. Prepare daily staff meal cost report.
5. Research potential vendors and negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
6. Prepare the wastage report & to check the items physically.
7. Update the price for the designated supplier for each item.
8. Prepare of inventory sheet for each location.
9. Check & ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head.
10. doing the GRN on daily basis
11. To monitor on moving & non-moving stock items & verify expiry items.
12. Ensure the menu prices on the POS system are loaded correctly .
13. Monitor that all the end shift reports are tailored with the POS tills.
