Description

We are international beauty brand ELAN professional line. We are a top-rated company in dealing with eyebrows / eyelashes and professional make-up (eyebrow shaping & tinting, eyebrow & eyelash lamination and professional make-up products).

Requirements:

• Experience in sales (B2B, B2C) - preferably in cosmetic market

• Proven experience as eyebrow artist and makeup artist

• Artistic personality and manual dexterity

• Knowledge of UAE market - preferably in cosmetic market

• Languages spoken — fluent English, Arabic

• Smart and energetic person interested in career development

• Good communication skills

• Previous experience in working with sales CRM system

• Experience in working with invoices and in e-commerce

• Preferable experience in import (not necessary, the training is provided by the company)

• Preferable driver's license

• Preferable own visa

Responsibilities:

• Regularly review sales data and create reports for senior-level officers

• Apply simple and complex makeup as required (eyebrows / lamy / daily makeup)

• 

• Utilize business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staff

• Review sales policies and update policies and curriculum as needed

• Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics

• Communicate actively with clients

• Monitor and analyze the Dubai beauty market

• Provide a feedback about the implied strategies

Schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8 hours a day

Salary:

• 5000 + good commission
