Description

Qualification and Skills:

-More than 5 years of engineering construction cost contract experience

in UAE or GCC.

-Familiar with Ficid contract terms.

-Having at least 1 large-scale project contract manager position

experience.

-Having Civil Engineering Background.

Job description

-Responsible for presiding over project contracts, claims, secondary

operations, etc...

-Responsible for project changes, visas, construction period claims verification of visa project quantities, summarizing changes and visa amounts.

-Responsible for the contract management and control of the entire project construction process, and do a good job in the secondary operation of the project.

-Ensure compliance with Contracts Procedures and support Project Execution Procedures

0Performing site surveys, system designs, preparing specifications

presentations and documentations .Ensure that the project has clear deliverables through handover meetings with the process team(estimating, design, commercial procurement, plant and operations) and ensure monitoring/compliance through the use of KPl.

Location: UAE-Dubai

Benefits

Salary: 15,000-20,000 AED+ Bonus.(Depending on qualification and Experience)

-30 Days Paid Annual leave including Ticket.
