Description

Responsibilities:

• Build leads database for business setup and new company formation (we will be providing the leads).

• Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate, and convert leads to sales.

• Provide guidance and recommendations to clients regarding their businessopportunities and help them understand the difference between mainland and freezone licenses.

• Coordinate with various government and free zone authorities and support clientsthroughout their business setup process.

• Be responsive to all client queries and ensure to provide the best and most reliableservice.

• Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client s wishescapabilities and limitations forming concise reports.

• Support the customer in gathering the required documentation to support licenseapplication in a timely manner through the clear explanation of the application processand its key steps.

• Display and maintain a high level of UAE business setup market knowledge withcustomers to be seen as ‘expert’ and a credible source of information and to demonstrate the quality of Company offer which is not only the business setup packages but also the quality of the process overall.

• Represent the Company professionally in both client and networking situations.

• Maintain relationship with channel partners to make sure that the relationship with theFree zone is good.

• Undertake any other reasonable duties as required and requested by Company.

• Preparing monthly reports as required.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a Business Setup Consultant or Company Formation Specialist in the UAE.

• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).

• Ability to convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.

• Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.

Part-time (2-3 hours per day)
