Description

Civil Foreman Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site activities for civil works, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications, drawings, and schedules.

• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and laborers to execute tasks effectively and efficiently.

• Ensure that all construction work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any delays or issues and implementing corrective measures.

• Allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is carried out to the highest standard and in accordance with project plans.

• Maintain detailed site records, including daily progress reports, material usage, and labour deployment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years UAE experience as a Foreman in Telecom civil works

• UAE driving license

• Strong understanding of site safety, quality control, and construction processes

• Experience in material management, deliveries, and site logistics

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
