Description

Position: Carpenter Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the carpentry team.
• Plan, assign, and monitor carpentry tasks to ensure timely project completion.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards and accuracy.
• Train, guide, and support carpenters in using tools, equipment, and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety practices and company policies.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and other trades to achieve project goals.
• Manage inventory of carpentry materials, tools, and equipment.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of proven carpentry experience, including supervisory or foreman-level roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials (wood, MDF, furniture, and fit-outs).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team effectively.
• Previous experience in furniture, joinery, or interior fit-out projects preferred.
