Business Development Manager - Structural Steel

Business Managing new business development and new project
Managing market survey team and operation team
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Responsible for heading up their expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients
Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend
Drive peak performance and sales success across the organization

Any degree holder with 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience
Able to expand new market in local as well as international investors/ partners

The ideal candidate should have any degree holder with 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require project, operations, building, business, development, structural, market, survey, team, internal, equity, requirements, organization, heading, current, performance, sales, local, international mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
