Description
A leading Group based in the UAE with established Retail divisions is looking for a highly qualified Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
10 years of UAE experience in Marketing/Branding.
- Experience in retail / furniture Industry will be considered.
- A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Master Degree in Marketing,
- A proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
- A candidate must present in UAE with valid driving license.
Job Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives.
- To oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
- Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives.
- Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
- To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media, liaise with media and advertising agencies
- Able to determine the quantity of products or brand that should be supplied to various stores using sales figures
- To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
- Expand and develop marketing platforms.
- Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
