• IVAI Corporation LLC has its existence since 2006 in UAE has extended its line of business to include high quality steel Fabrication, Aluminum Fabrication and Glass work.

• This is a full-time hybrid role as an Estimation Engineer located in Sharjah. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, technical drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, provide customized solutions, and ensure project requirements are met. The Estimation Engineer will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy in forecasting costs for both small and large projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in estimation or construction management
• Excellent knowledge of estimating software, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Office and Primavera P6
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately
• Experience with bidding procedures, contract management, and project life cycles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Familiarity with relevant construction regulations, codes, and standards
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
