JOB DESCRIPTION:
Implementation of Sop/Staff Planning/Managing the team/Follow up on Sales Targets/Upgradation follow up/Upkeep of the standards & maintenance/ Guest Feedbacks/ Coordination from Hotel Manager/ Team Training / Evaluation of Team members/ Team Briefings/ Team Motivational activities/ Streamline the daily activities / Managing the daily operations.
Should have previous knowledge of Asset supervisory and should have working experience for handling all the issues.

Sheilla Castillo (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Asset Supervisor in the field of Management in one of their office located in Ras Al Khaimah - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have hotel management; asset management qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require excellent communication and administrative, supervisory, customer relations, intelligent problem-solving mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 2k to 3k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
