Description

Working with all DRG teams, your position is to create visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. They develop the overall layout and production design as per individual customer needs.

The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions. Your designs are required for a huge variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, product packaging, and corporate identity, i.e. giving organizations a visual 'brand'.

• How well do you satisfy your inner customers or requesting department with design requests?

• What is your turnaround timing from conceptualizing to finishing new Ai file or design as per individual client request (designers to tabulate on monthly basis the number of Ai file completed and re-work done and the cumulative results will be used as basis to judge performance on the job )

• How often do you meet clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job;

• How well were you able to interpret client's business needs and develop a concept to suit their purpose;

• How often do you develop design briefs by gathering information and?

• data through research thinking creatively to produce new ideas and

• concepts;

• How often does management have to proofread your work to produce accurate and high-quality work?

• How well do you contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;

• Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches

The ideal candidate should have attested bachelor degree qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require visual, concepts, computer, software, ideas, inform, captivate, layout, production, design, customer, activities, advertising, product, packaging, corporate identity, brand, turnaround, timing, finishing, client, basis, rework, performance, business mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 2k to 3k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
