Position: Receptionist cum Personal Secretary to CEO
Location: Dubai
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.
* Handle scheduling, correspondence, and office communications for the Director/CEO.
* Coordinate meetings and manage the calendar of the Director/CEO.
* Provide personal and administrative support as needed.
* Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication professionally and efficiently.
* Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel Hotel arrangements.
* Maintain confidential documents and records.
* Organize meetings, conferences, and appointments.
* Handle office supplies and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
* Presentable appearance with excellent communication skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* No travel restrictions, willing to Stay together, travel Together as needed.
* Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
* Age: Below 30 years..
* Open-minded, bold, and adaptable personality.
* Prior experience as a personal secretary or in a similar role is a plus.
