GWR consulting is currently recruiting a PROJECT MANAGER to our Customer Experience Consultancy Department - UAE office. Check out our vacancy below: (NO APPLICANTS ARE APPROVED FROM ENGINEERS)

Experience:
● At least 3 years experience in customer service / project management and/or related role
● Experience handling client-facing communications
● Experience working with multicultural environment
Skills/Characteristics
● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
● Able to work collaboratively and independently
● Can work efficiently under pressure and produce quality output with tight time constraints
● Willing to learn new skills
Key Functions
● Manages multiple projects for client, maintaining the ability to seamlessly switch from
one to the other
● Takes ownership of client relations with assigned clients and serves as the GWR point of
contact with these clients
● Liaise with clients to develop strategy, project plans and clarity project requirements.
● Works with the cross-functional internal team members to execute the projects
seamlessly and in timely manner
● Coordinates work and closely tracks project deliverables using appropriate tools to
ensure quality and compliance with client requirements and GWR standards
● Conduct client’s customer experience journey mapping and report
● Prepares reports: 1) For Internal use: outlining project progress, issues faces, and
solutions to these issues & 2) For clients: which includes data analytics 

Job Specification

GWR Consulting is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Administrative Project Manager in the field of Management in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have ● at least 3 years experience in customer service / project management and ● experience handling client-facing communications ● arab nationality qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require regional, market, consulting, customer experience management, technology, training, project manager, customer experience, consultancy, office, customer service, project management, handling, verbal, english, communication skills, pressure, quality, time, project, standards mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 4k to 6k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
