Duties and Responsibilities

  • The candidate should have excellent organization & communication skills, and have prior experience in admin and HR.
  • Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
  • Typing up letters and reports
  • Updating computer records using a database
  • Printing and photocopying
  • Duties include support of onboarding, payroll and employee data management.
  • Oversee office management tasks, including client management, facility management, and inventory control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • At least Bachelor’s degree preferably in HR Management
  • Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience in HR domain
  • Knowledge of local laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a good team player
  • UAE Driving License Required
