Key Responsibilities:

• Attend incoming calls / Assist customers.

• Prepare and send daily reports.
• Preparation of quotations/letters/correspondences.
• Maintain and update customer data files regularly.
• Send statement of accounts to customers and follow-up.
• Reporting RV, delivery cheque to customer.
• Support/Liaison with Manager.
• Supporting Sales Coordinator in booking of daily sales orders & coordination with factory.
• Location : Emirates Industrial City , Al Sajaa Industrial - Sharjah
