Description

As an administrative assistant at Legacy Real Estate Brokers LLC, you will play a vital role in our customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Drafting Receipts/Invoices/Quotation
- Managing Reception
- Creating Forms : A,B,I & F
- Agent Coordination (getting properties directly from owner or agents)
- Following up with potential clients to schedule property viewings, meetings, and consultations with our experienced real estate agents.
- Keeping accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their property journey.
- Keeping up to date with the latest real estate market trends and property offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Managing leads: Receive and assign to agents.
- Conducting outbound calls to existing clients leads, providing information about available properties, promotions, and real estate services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and property requirements.

LEGACY REAL ESTATE BROKERS is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Administrative Assistant / Telecaller in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have degree + 1 year experience qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require assistant, real estate, customer engagement, drafting, reception, forms, agent, coordination, owner, schedule, property, client, feedback, system, sales, marketing, support, lead generation, providing, customer service, market mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
