Description

• In charge of the visitor reception and inform the related host/department.

• Must have experience in oil and gas industry.
• Office daily service operation and maintenance.
• Assist the Admin Manager to organize and arrange and support the company events and any urgent projects requested by the users.
• Operate and manage the administrative intelligent system and admin portal content.
• Sending, receiving and registering documents and packages.
• Inventory Management of Admin storage.
• Snack, ordering and receiving office supplies, supplier communication and management.
• Supervised and inspect the work of cleaning crews
• Assist the monitoring, reporting maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment.
• Cooperate with the admin manager to provide guaranteed service to users and other temporary tasks given by admin manager.
• Archiving and Bookkeeping as per the Admin manager’s request.
• Cross department communication and collaboration with IT service desk, Procurement etc.

EHRC SERVICES (Recutiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Admin Assistant in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have 3 - 5 years qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require reception, inform, office, service, support, events, system, receiving, documents, storage, ordering, supplier, communication, management, cleaning, monitoring, reporting, repair, facilities, equipment, archiving, it service desk, procurement mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
